Two web sessions for Carers from Scotland's National Wellbeing Hub to help build personal resilience


Support in difficult times for unpaid Carers and employers of personal assistants

Scotland's National Wellbeing Hub is for everyone who has a responsibility to provide support to others, including unpaid Carers. There is a page dedicated to information for Carers to find help and support. There is also information for people who employ personal assistants, with links to organisations who can provide advice and guidance regarding self-directed support. 

If you are a Carer there are upcoming web sessions to learn more about the Hub and a programme called Feeling Good, which focuses on building personal resilience to cope with stress, anxiety and low mood.
The sessions will be held online on Tuesday, November 24 (at 4pm) and Wednesday, November 25 (at 7pm). They will be run by Dr Alastair Dobbin and Sheila Ross who developed the programme.
