October Adult Carer Social Groups
Join us for a welcoming space where Carers can come together to connect, share experiences, and offer or receive peer support. Each session is gently guided by a member of our team to create a friendly and supportive atmosphere, making it easy to feel at home and be heard.
Sutherland – Monday 5th October, 11am–1pm, Dornoch Free Church
Ross-shire – Tuesday 20th October, 1pm–2:30pm, Dingwall Dementia Resource Centre (Highland Council Welfare Support will be attending to let you know about support options available to Carers)
Nairn – Monday 26th October, 10am–12pm, Nairn Community & Arts Centre
Lochaber – Monday 26th October, 11:30am-1:30pm, Voluntary Action Lochaber, Fort William
Badenoch & Strathspey – Tuesday 27th October, 10am–12pm, Aviemore Hub
Inverness – Tuesday 27th October, 10am–12pm, Highland Hospice (Main Building), Inverness
