Carers’ Cafe: A Cup of Care
Looking after someone can be rewarding, but it can also bring challenges that may sometimes leave you feeling isolated. That’s why we’re inviting unpaid Carers to join us for a relaxed and welcoming Carers’ Café: A Cup of Care.
Come along for a free tea or coffee and cake, connect with other Carers, enjoy a simple wellbeing activity, and take some time for yourself in a friendly and supportive environment. Whether you’d like to have a chat, meet new people, share experiences, or find out more about the support available, we’d love to see you there.
What to expect:
- A warm and welcoming space to connect with other Carers
- Free tea, coffee and cake
- Simple creative wellbeing activities
- Opportunities to build relationships and reduce isolation
- Information, advice and practical support from the Connecting Carers team if needed
Take a moment for yourself, enjoy a cuppa, and connect with people who understand.
