Advocacy Manager Vacancy

We are recruiting for an experienced Highland Carers Advocacy Manager to join our team.
The purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of Highland Carers Advocacy which provides independent advocacy for carers in Highland. 


 

The Highland Carers Advocacy Manager will develop and promote the service in line with the policy agreed by the Highland Community Care Forum Board of Directors and to make input to that policy. In addition the successful candidate will provide independent advocacy in accordance with the code of practice set out by the Scottish Independent Advocacy Alliance (SIAA).

Place of work:                   Covering Highland and office based in Dingwall    
Reports to:                        Chair, Highland Community Care Forum (this may change and will be
                                           communicated with the successful candidate)
Salary:                                £29,672.83 per annum
Duration:                            Permanent
